boy oh boy ... cant wait for this book to fall in my hands.. gods work eh .... what good time for this book to come in the hands of a JUI activist or some pakistani religion lover ... it will tantalize their senses sending them right on the long march .lool
and i must reiterate over here ... i dont think taseer is bad .. because personally im pretty open and flexible .... but the timing ... is fate going to get another tycoon killed ... today everything is different than it was 6 months ago ... if that kid loves his father and wanted to find the real him ... he should wait lol ... not the right time ... not at all
While it's true that he's Salman Taseer's son, the fact also is there that Aatish, being at least nominally Sikh, is a kaafir. I find it sad that you'd believe the allegations of a kaafir against a Muslim.
As for the drinking.... well, the PPP is the party that cheered for its leader (Zulfikar) when he admitted in public that he drank. Based on that one can only assume that the PPP and its supporters are either drinkers or pro-drinking.
Being a "drunkard" is very different than being a drinker. Some don't seem to know the distinction.
As for following pakistan's laws, there are far more important laws that are not followed by various politicians. Taseer is a reflection of the society of pakistan, not someone from an alien planet - we all know how freely alcohol flows in segments of the society. Even poor people indulge in it.
The point is about immi's hypocrisy. Last I heard Taseer is not proposing shariah or surrender to talibs.
There is a difference in Imran Khan and Salman Taseer. Imran Khan was a playboy and drinker as cricketer. But it changed when he got married, and now that he is in politics he is not the same i.e. he does not drink/sleep-around. So if he asks for Sharia I don't think there is a problem. However if someone is a drinker now and drinks against current laws of Pakistan then that should be considered a problem regardless of how easily it flows in the society.
