ok first of all...wth is a 'chanak'? lol sorry i really dono what dat is...
secondly...if you're getting low sound quality it maybe because of the software you're using and the method it uses to sync/burn the audio, which is why it's lesser in quality afterwards.
You could try to use a different software.
