Yes he seems to be very honest and competent officer. He is Sindhi but speaks Urdu like a professional Urdu speaking. I hope Zardari will not harm him or remove him again from the post. Since decades I have seen this honest police officer. Pakistan needs such heads of all institutions including the top post of PM.
I hope he will be able to arrest killers and criminals sitting in Sindh parliament without any fear and distinction.
For panchi pai : listen to his speech to chamber of commerce. In Sindh all is not lost. Still honest and genuine Sindhi heading this most notorious department in Pakistan and struggling to turn around an institution which is famous for most corrupt in Pakistan.
