Well what ever you do but kindly dont do Russain salad - anything with sour cream or Mayonnaise kills the desi effect of the menu .. You know what i mean ..

If you have some roasted item on your menu - you can try yorkshire salad .. just be easy on malt vinegar..

I know …i dont know why people serve cream salads and pasta salads with desi stuff …I usually serve roast on a bed of pickled bell peppers and onions along with roasted potatoes.
