Last time I had to make a salad for a potluck, I mixed 2-3 different types of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, radishes, brocolli, a few chick peas. Took a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and lemmon pepper with me. Added that at the party and mixed well!
