I love the Fiery Fiesta Salads' at Saladworks so I tried making it at home
Take Romaine Lettuce, Grated Carrots, corn, grated cheddar, tomates and crushed up tortilla chips with light Italian Vinaigrette. It tastes amazing.. you can add chicken to it aswell! :)

Easy Vinegrette
oil
vinegar
salt
pepper
oregano
basil
garlic powder
Now add salad according to ur own taste---romaine, iceberg, colored peppers and olives, sprinkle feta or chedder
I've never tried Feta cheese in my salads! Is it good? It looks so dry.
Feta has a really strong flavor, that works well with a light vinegrette. hmmm love feta and olives and feta on a yellow/red/green/orange pepper salad
