Yes I want to know what seasoning they use in it? It has got I think mashed potatoes, sweet corn, peas and carrot.

Unfortunately I can not try most of her valuable recipes as most of the things are hard to be found in Pakistan.

I made this salad some time (long time) ago:
Roughly cut Lettuce (mix 2-3 types for great effect)
Tomatoes medium cubes
Cucumber medium cubes
Shredded carrots
Sliced green pepper
Boiled Butter beans (they are large n white)
Sprouted mung
grapes (quartered)
Apples n Pineapples chopped but not too small
Avocado
Pomegranete (sp) seeds
Dress with olive oil, lemon salt and cracked pepper
Dress all veg ingredients first, then add the fruits and toss gently cos of avocado.

Dont have macdonalds here :( but I would imagine they use seasonings containing lots of 'E' additives.
Anyway the veggie burgers I have had with mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, red kidney beans and breadcrumbs. Seasoning the usual garlic, ginger, green chillies. I find them too filling.

Yes..I mean no we dont have macdonalds in kenya. they wanted to open up one but the mall was asking for a heck of a lot of goodwill so we were snubbed. We make do with s african franchises which are not so good.

Union House Restaurant Southwestern Potato Salad
3 to 4 lb. med.-size red potatoes, washed, skin left on
Canola oil to coat potatoes
Salt to taste
1 green bell pepper, cored and diced
1 red bell pepper, cored and diced
1/2 med. onion, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 C. good mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
White pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Cooked crumbled chicken or beef to garnish
Fresh snipped chives to garnish
Coat potatoes with oil; sprinkle with salt to taste. Pierce potatoes in several places with tines of fork. Bake on baking sheet at 375 degrees F about 45 min., or until tender. Cool. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Add peppers, onions and celery to potatoes; stir in mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. Add additional salt, if desired, white and cayenne peppers, and cumin. Mix well

Kebab House Kebab Salad
1 med. eggplant, leaves removed, sliced in half
lengthwise or crosswise in a couple of pieces
1 Anaheim pepper (also called New Mexican or sweet green bell pepper)
1 med. tomato
1/4 onion, med. chop
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Heat grill. When grill is hot, place eggplant, pepper and tomato on it and cook 4 to 5 min. each side. Cool grilled vegetables until safe to handle and remove skins (grilling helps loosen skins).
Cut skinned vegetables into bite-size pieces and transfer to bowl. Add onion, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, paprika and salt and pepper. Mix well and serve with kebabs.

Seven Layer Salad
4 lettuce heads, cleaned and broken into bite size pieces
1 bunch celery, diced
6 carrots, shredded
1 lrg. pkg. frozen peas
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 qt. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 C. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. chicken, fried crisp and crumbled
Layer vegetables evenly between two 20 x 10-in. pans in order given.
Mix together mayonnaise and sugar. Spread evenly over the top of both pans. Top each pan with 2 C. shredded cheese and 8 slices chicken
Chill overnight.
Servings 50.

All-American Light Potato Salad
The great thing about this recipe is you don't have to boil the potatoes!
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Preparation:
Wash the outside of potatoes well, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Add potato pieces to a large, microwave-safe vegetable-cooker container. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 6 minutes. Stir potatoes, cover cooker, and cook on HIGH until potatoes are just tender (about 4-6 minutes more).
While potatoes are cooling, add mayonnaise, sour cream, honey mustard, pepper and salt (if desired) to large bowl. Whisk to combine.
*]Stir in cooled potatoes, celery, bell pepper, green onions and parsley. Cover and chill until ready to serve (at least an hour). Sprinkle a dash or two of paprika over the top before serving, if desired.
