Does “adaat” mean “habit” ? Because in arabic we also say “a’ida, a’idat”, for habit

Can somebody tell me how to translate this sentence in urdu please :

" I don't want to suffer anymore and shed tears, love has become a stranger for me ... but I still believe deeply in this stranger, it is so paradoxical... I need to believe in it. "

I have some words : stranger= ajnabi
want to=chahna
need to= zarurat hona
love=pyaar, mohabat
suffer= karta bhugtana ? (maybe it is hindi...), sahna ?
deeply = maybe I can use "bauhaut", "bauhaut hi" ?
tears= aansoon

Mai (karta bhugtana) nahi chahti ... (anymore ??) aur aansoon bahana (shed ?), pyaar, mere liye ajnabi ho gae (is it correct ?). Magar/lekin, mai iss ajnabi mein bauhaut hi manna zarurat hona ( I am not sure for the translation of "believe" ) ....................
