there is a herb called doda paneer in urdu i used to drink it in the morning forced by mother , too bitter to take ,but it worked miracle. I had too much pustules and comedond those days , ali that vanished and healthy glowing sskin in now that i have till now .one thing more inspite of having my own salon , i haven’t do my facials.

How exactly did you use it? And for how long? Are you diabetic by any chance cuz I read doda paneer (whithania coagulans) is hypoglycemic.
