Yes its possible to make horses dance.
However there are few of the old skilled people left, nowadays the people who do this do so for a show trade, they dont care so much for the animal and use much more cruel methods.
In old days horses were taught to stay strong and smart even in battle and taught to turn, wheel and dodge an enemy as well as line up targets for the rider. Horses in thier day were as important as modern fighter jets and just as manouverable.
You can teach animals amazing things but never must we do this by being cruel.
Besides old horse breeds were naturally more suited to thier roles, I struggle to find horses with those talents these days and one has to spend hours to build up the same trust and smartness in a horse.
Back home I can often tell just by the look and movement of an animal as to its origin.

We read in Urdu history novels of Naseem Hijazi and Ilyas Sitapuri that Arabi bred of horses is the best of all. Is it true?
PS: Can a horse bring into National Assembly.. The horse which eat honey and almonds and drink milk ;)

I think Duldul was not horse but mule (khachar) 
Horse is known as Zul-Jinnah (having two wings)

pataa nahiiN...ham log use duldul hii kahte aaye haiN...mere gaaoN meN ek bhii shi'a nahiiN the is liye kisii ne hamko kuchh bataayaa nahiiN...Dhol bajaane, ta'ziya uThaane, nauHa paRhne aur alam vaGhaira uThaane kaa kaam sunnii hii kiyaa karte the! :)
