I feel saddam has already got his punishment from the time the war started till date. I feel he should go as a free man since he's got nothing more than just his clothes on. probably their not his as well. I doubt if he can do any more damage. maybe he would just live a simple life. I kinda sympathise him as an weary old man and nothing more. he's lost everything, he's got just life now. I hope that they don't take that from him too. begones can be begones. give him a chance to live atleast.

Insurgency movement is thriving among Sunni and Shia equally. Do you remember Muqtada Al Sadar the radical Shia leader? There are several ‘incidents’ of uprising in Basra and other southern parts of Iraq where Shias are in majority.

If Saddam gets death penalty then those US officials (like Donald Rumsfeld) should get death penalty with him as well who trained him, put him in power and provided him moral and military support for all the killings he did.

Saddam was not trained by rumsfeld or the US his army was trained by the Indians and soviets
neither did he or the US put him in power
They did provide military and moral support but were they alone? Europe and USSR were supplying the arms and chemicals,while saudis and kuwaitis were the biggest lenders of money to saddam.Americans did use saddam to stop Khomeni from exporting his revolution abroad at the same time the cautious isrealis were supplying arms to Iran lest saddam becomes the dominant superpower in the middleeast.

Saddam should be drugged and made to cross dress and lap dance to the Yankee Generals. Then, show the video on Al Jazeera. After that he can just be shot down in mysterious circumstances. I say mow down the dastard! It'll put the Ayrabs in their place.

He’s got lilfe left. I hope they throw him into his own glass chambers, or put him into the human meat mince machine he created. Or should they just put some grenades in his clothes and blow him up like he orderd to be done to his ppl.
Haven’t you seen him mock the first witness when he bursted into tears when he was mentioning about how his family was tortured and killed by him.

You shouldn’t bring these immigration/assylum issues between issues of human rights/torture etc…for immigration/assylum,people can do/say anything they would think of…besides you must be volunteering/working after 1991..till then Saddam was already a dart hole target for US/UK media …for defamation…

Milosevic is a bigger murderer...he commited GENOICIDE in Bosnia/Kosovo...i don't see his execution...infact he is enjoying the hague trial ....& many of his colleague murderers are roaming the streets of Belgrade freely..
