Above all those, enemies of Jesus were those who tried to kill him.
People who tried to kill Jesus, because they became his enemies first then God, because God sent him as His prophet. If you put the question in reverse order, then answer would be opposite. Those who see him as god are the enemies of God(Allah) first then Jesus(AS) because he was his prophet. However enemies of God are enemies of Jesus and vise versa
