Come now, the Saudi’s can’t sneeze with at least an American consultant on hand to show them how to do it…what the Saudis do, the Americans allow them to do. I don’t think that dynamic has changed.
But in any case, I think ISIS being sponsored by the Saudi state is a bit far fetched, as the rebels Saudi sponsored in Syria ended up fighting ISIS.
