It's a common practise in Tajikistan as war lords fight on the never ending war on drug exports and money laundering. I'm not so sure If the same Media, always loves twisting words in peoples mouths, isn't blaming the false posse to promote terror in foreign countries: The Uzbeks.
Maybe America is feeling the heath in Uzbekistan too and to justify another killing spree of Islamic Students they need such wellcoming news to be wide spread.
