That is a traditional politics in Pakistan. Bhutto was the one who broke some of this myth. On the other hand these people see their savior the ones who looked after their affairs for generations. People don’t trust others because they had always betrayed and ignored these poor people. So this is not a viscous circle but a logical reaction.
