I played rugby off and on in undergrad, but since i was on the soccer team I did not play rugby consistently. During grad school, i played in the rugby 7's club for my uni and had a blast playing it, at 6'3" and 200 lbs then, i was still one of the smallest guys on the crew.
I dont get a cance to follow it closely now, but just watch major tourneys, thas bout it
