Shahbaz Sharif must be livid…not because the bridge collapsed, but because he missed another inauguration by just 1 week.
Noon league is known for its haphazard, quickfire projects…which bring out a lot of pomp and show and press for them, but result in long term headaches and hazards…and by the looks of it, they will never learn.
