Chamcha = The one who's always at your side no matter what
Lota = Who's at your side if things are looking good, the minute things are looking bad for you and the other party is in a better position, he/she will change his/her stance and join the other party. Kind of like "lotey ki tarha har taraf ghoom jaaney wala/wali"
