My all time favroite are the dialogues in between the song 'Tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa nahi' from Aandhi.

'ye bailen nahin Quran ki aayaten hain, din main saaf nazar aati hain. Din main, main kahan aa paon gi?'. 'iss chand ko dekho ye raat ko nikalta hai'.

haha Arzi, we are writing from memory. I am sure there are tons of great dialogues, considering we have so many cheesy movies to date.

Also, it's not so much the lines but the moment in the movie when the dialogue is said that makes it more effective.
