Re: Ridiculous friend requests from Facebook…

I got this one yesterday. I must say, for a random fraaandship request, it was pretty well written

When I tried to figure out how he knew or found me (I’m not searchable of FB, since I rarely use it), it turns out our mutual friend is a GS designer

(I’m at work and couldn’t do a print screen, so here’s the cut and paste).

From Hxxxxxx Khan:
**xxxxxx (my name) :),

I know it might sound weird to you however, I thought its better to message like a gentleman and introduce myself, who knows you might agree to be friends! :). The reason I am sending you this message is that you look educated with a good family background. Having good friends in life is comparable to nothing more precious. A short introduction in case you don’t feel i am a total stranger ,

I was a lieutenant Commander in the Navy serving as a FIGHTER PILOT on an aircraft carrier, pictures of which are in my profile. I am an electrical engineer from XX and post Graduate from XXXXX university. Left navy eventually and joined XXXXX in Europe . Presently I am Director in XXXXX Middle East. That makes me different in many ways! .

Rest we can interact and know more about each other :)**
Sound promising S!
