The rule was proposed by the association of to-be-bride-and-groom of Pakistan. When you end the wedding funtion at 10, it gives more time to them. Allah samjha karan naa.

Nooo. No bride and groom would want a boring wedding either so yah NOOO!.

maybe people should start arriving early and then 10pm closing wont be too early.

Well how early? See nobody likes afternoon or evening weddings for the same reason Night weddings r just so much more fun.
