As an elder brother I’ve realized so many things that may never be known by youngers. And I think the fact whether parents are there or no barely impacts the importance of being the eldest. The most important responsibility of the eldest is to take the entire family together, like all streamlined. He has to support the youngers whenever its required or even when not required. And this support goes from financial aspect to social. And if you are the eldest, dont even think that you can get anyone realize that you are doing anythng for them. Just do it and forget. If they are thankful, its your luck and if they dont count it, you just cant do anything about it.
You have to get yourself aware of whatever each brother/sis is going through. You have to be very careful in the choice of words when the time comes that you’d need to bash anyone for anything. Its just a very delicate balance that you gotto keep.
So in short, the eldest has to be very very responsible, but still there is no room of error for them. He just cant be insensitive at any time.

crikey! u r the expert!! LOL but this poor guy is under pressure to get married just because he is the eldest son…has to have a wife in Pakistan to look after the affairs there Does not seem right really does it!!
