**lucky ones are those who receive parent’s unconditional love and affection and protection and guidance and training are the blessed ones indeed. yeh vaahid rishta hai Qur’aan meN jiskii Hurmat ham par farz kii gaii hai aur unkii dil-aazaarii karne waaloN ko saKht va’eedeN aayii haiN. Allah ne farmaayaa hai aur hameN Hukm diyaa hai k ham unke saath narmi se pesh aayeN, unse saKht aur bad-kalaamii an kareN aur jab vo apni umr ko pahoNcheN to unkaa sahaaraa baneN.

I have had a strict father - some one who is a strict disciplinarian and is a tough person to be with due to his temper but even with that i thank God for his presence. I thank God that he gave me a father who puts my interest on top of all and would do anything to do something i asked for. I become angry, argue and some times misbehave as well when he is angered but i regret it later. I know he is some one who would even kill some one if some one says something to me. His love has grown so much for us that we get feared by it. We know where we are its totally because of him. I have ltos of relatives but we siblings are known to be the best by manners and education and i am so fortunate to have parents who struggled so hard for it.

My mother is the ever so compromising sort. She does not care about anything in the world when it comes to her kids. She is the softest & most sympathetic person i know of. She is a total darling and some one who manages her relations so well. She is Masha Allah soooo well respected by every one who knows her. I am glad to have her as my mother.

The biggest fear i have in my life is losing one of these two. I hope the time never comes or gets delayed so much that we are able to live a happy life together. I know i am not the best child - i know i have misbehaved with them, not been patient, not done as much for them as they have for me. I have asked forgiveness for that and i always pray to God that he makes me a much better human being and a daughter to cater to each of their needs when they grow old. I hope to change my spoilt and tantrum-nature for them, Insha Allah. God bless them with health, wealth, happiness & a joy-ful life ahead, Insha Allah.

I love my parents, they are everything for me. They are the only ones who give me unconditional love and really means and hopes the best for me. They have done so much for me and i know every parent does but i seriously believe my parents have gone a step ahead everytime to ensure our happiness and goodwill. I hope to give them even half the love and care they do, sometimes i succed sometimes i dont but they are always there for me no matter what. There are no words to describe this bond and all i can say is that ever since i can recall whenever i say my prayers the first thing on my lips for dua is that may Allah give my parents my life because i know i cant survive without them. I know its a bit selfish because they can’t think about living without me but i am the dumb, selfish one so i can wish for what i want :(.

i realised how much i love my parents after living apart from them. i have realised how bless i am having wonderful parents. i see my in-laws and other families and see the huge difference. i never knew before parents can be selfish or can be so materialistic. i love you ami and i love you abu and miss you

I do not think we can ever completely pay back the love they show to us but we should continue to try.

If they are still with us, we should thank them regularly.

If one or both not present in this world, the best way to thank is to follow their advice and do good deeds so they can be proud in heaven.
