OK, so my analysis is that NomiCa wanted to ask Uzair a question. He did. Uzair came into the thread. Wasn't too happy but didn't really get upset about it either. Didn't report it either. Nomi did not insult Uzair. Just asked for an explanation of his thought process.

Let's leave the thread open unless Uzair would like to have it closed.

pre-emptive moderation in selective cases …i will shush now…untill uzair comes..and if he doesn’t want to discuss or get the thread deleted/edited…so be it.

meanwhile…if anyone also wishes to see uzair say it…they should be able to say too..

I really like what Uzair has to say everytime. He really gives a unique perspective for every issue and we get to know some important things about gender differences and how male and female behave differently in situations.

I smell haters :D

I really like Uzair as a member finally we have someone with views that go beyond basically saying something like 'you smell'.

He is intelligent and gives his own perspectives in a very clear and respectful manner.
