Sheyn: Be careful about what you say girl, you dont want to offend any "person of color" or otherwise! lol there is such a hype about racism that people, esp white people, are scared to say the word 'black'. So now I believe one should be careful in saying 'white', we could call it 'pigmentally challenged' perhaps? and not-so-white house :D
As for the housing market, its taking a dip. But unfortunately you still wont be in a position to buy a house coz you wouldnt want to get a mortgage on it, and if you are willing to go ahead, you wont find someone who is willing to offer a mortgage on it. Rent market is going up, property prices are going down. Rent market will take a correction in the coming days. And housing market will start to recover once the global economies come back out of the toilet.
