Renaming the NWFP

I was just trying to clarify Mr. Elahi that if he considers H.Hazara a part of Panjab or AK just because it's population is mostly non-pakhtun (which is not the case) than thses districts namely Attock, Mianwali and DGK are also claimed by NWFP and Balochistan, whatever the reason is.

my point if you are wondering, was that in my experience most of the people in Hazara district are Hindko speaking and thus was wondering why being linguistically closer to Azad Kashmir or Punjab they were originally included in NWFP.
I don't, however, statistically know for certain that Hindko speaking people are the majority in this district so you may have more solid facts than I.

Also, like I mentioned earlier, I don't consider ethnicity to be a big deal and would'nt suggest that any changes be made to currently existing provincial borders.
