We have to think on it . We are going down and down all respects .
It is duty of our intellectuals to do much on this but unfortunately we are not producing such people . No big name as poet or writer . Third class people are leading the nation as media anchors . If any one grows a little , he goes for monetary gains or in lust of power . When I see people negatively criticizing people like Aasma Jahangir , I see no hope for coming up of the good people . This is all due to respect of power and money in the country .

The problem is Asma Jahangir is not neutral. She only sees the excesses of the military & criticizes them (with good reason) but never utters a word against corrupt politicians. While the army surely has made mistakes in the past, a true human rights campaigner would be fair (and impartial) in her views & would not shy away from criticizing corrupt and incompetent politicians (incl. PPP) as well. It’s not just the journalists but also some of these so-called neutral people & do-gooders who have their own agendas..
