Parents have a key role to play in infusing religious tolerance in children esp. in today’s world, where children are exposed to a variety of different backgrounds, belief systems and cultures. If your child observes you being tolerant and understanding of people of different religions & cultures, he’ll be much more likely to adopt your behaviours and beliefs.

Don’t just leave the instruction on tolerance to a school or madrassah

Tolerance of this kind begins at home

Or avoid Madrassas altogether and teach them yourself or hire a respectable teacher you can monitor.
