i highly doubt that hezbollah will ever under take such an operation because the consequence was such massive destruction of lebanon.

most likely they will kidnap more soldiers now that 1) israel is willing to negotiate over the soldiers, hence they acheived what they wanted in the first place 2) they found israels achilles heel, 3) israel is not likely to start a fully fledged war, so soon again. you could say the time is ripe to twist israels lil finger for thier gains.
