The “blood money” law needs to be sorted out, it needs to be offered right away instead of when the criminal is prosecuted and about to be hanged (as others pointed out above).

The bold money law applies when the someone is killed either due to enmity or unintentionally and not because some powerful have killed a weaker and later throw some money to heirs and getaway with it.

Unfortunately, like many other things, this blood-money thing is misused , this kind of cases should be State vs accused, where State is not at liberty to use blood-money option.
