Anand, am I understanding your question here when I say you want to know why is it that:
Men are allowed to have 4 wives, and is this not a way for men to engage in sexual greed, while women doesn't have the same way of satisfying their sexual desires? (if so, there is an explanation for this - mainly, u dont understand the institution of polygamy under Islam).
The reasons why extra-marital, or pre-marital sex is prohibited is not because the sex is inherently BAD or EVIL, but because of the damage it can do to society.
ex.
unwanted pregnancies - sometimes leading to abortions (considered to be equal to murder, Islamically - even many non-muslims feel the same way on that).
hurting the spouse emotionally and physically during an extra-marital affair by bringing pain and possible STD'S into the household.
STD infections/diseases increasing in higher frequency.
there are many other reasons, if you'd like to know them. All in all, the negatives are more costly to society than the positives (only one, and that is self-gratification, and even that can be haraam under certain circumstances).
Again, the SEX is not INHERENTLY EVIL. I dont think there was a nikkah nama made for Adam and Eve, right? If there was, there's no evidence of it. They just went straight into the sex. The institution of marriage came later, when the human population grew and an organized society came into being.
Well, this is what Muslims believe. If you dont, then that is fine. Whatever rocks your boat, my friend.
Why this anti Sex agenda is confined for sister, mother, daughter and wife only?
Why you do not include brother, father, son and husband in the agenda?
Do these male members of a society have an open license to enjoy sex wherever possible?
I do not question any religion particularly, but most of the Islam preaching friends have not left any chance to praise Islamic values, but what about a male having four wives? Do not you call it a male dominating haram?
Religions condemn Sex when it concerns the freedom of women.

Thats the whole point that you failed to grasp. If you answered my question honestly, instead of evading in totally, you would have had the answer to your question. If it is not acceptable for you (i.e. your female relations to engage in pre-marital sex), then surely the woman that you will have sex with is the relation of someone? The point covers men and women equally.
In so far as 1 man having four wives, no its not haram, and no its not against women, and no its not biased in any way, but that is another topic foir discussion. Here you have asked about sex and religions in general.

"why Islam allows four wives for men, while one husband for women".... is that right?
