well,

I think screenshots are creepy. Whatever you say can be screenshot out of context, etc. Most of us aren't petty enough to screenshot convos in chat, so there is stuff people get away with and then some sara hua insan comes along and tries to find stuff to screenshot on purpose

so what i'm saying is..i dunno what im saying. imma good girl. ok bye.

if you have any brain (that I think most of our CMs and admins have) you never look at one single screenshot and reach the complete verdict. Lets say that someone produces a screenshot of a conversation between Philosophy and TLK where TLK said that I think you are (insert a derogatory term here). Now Muzna will look at it for instance, and ask that why TLK said that? Did Philosophy instigate him, did she say something that he said such in return .. and all that. Now however Muzna is asking such questions, one thing is for sure that TLK did violate a policy and all the investigation is about if Philosophy also said something that screenshot taker did not capture.

In nutshell,, TLK will be penalized, but that does not mean that Philosophy was innocent. Absence of proof is not always proof of innocence, you know what I mean!

All of you guys need some crush courses on Information technology and its management !

GS is as safe as Facebook , Google or any other email service providers _ TLK nailed it pretty much in his one liner ! The user should take the responsibilty and decide what to share and what not to share online ... It is all about your preference and choice ..

And no matter what you do ONLINE - big brother is always watching ... :)

TLK.......we have a number of experts on policy amongst us.....perhaps you can rely on some of this expertise to help you compile......Sehrysh, Lucid Chaotic are great resources......
