Mr. Custom is nothing but a figment of your imagination. Do you really think that there is one guy whose sole job is to issues custom titles and avatar to members? I don’t think so. He must be a administrator of Gupshup with this nick dedicated just for custom avatar and titles and to be honest he/she just doesn’t gives a rat’s ass about how long people are waiting for their requests.

PM Mr. Custom. I think the size limit is upgraded to 40x40. I am not sure. PM it to mr. custom and see if he accepts it or tells you to reduce the size if he thinks it's a little too big.
