I saw Jia Ali in Marriot ISB. She has more grace than anyone else..

Reema doesnt seem pretty to me at all,
Meera well better than Reema
Saima who made her a heroine BTW
Resham only looks good in photography/modeling
Sana not pretty at all

i think thats being overly optimistic maybe. pakistan film industry is in the pits and has a long way to go. i can safely say the educated masses within pakistan cannot name any upcoming pakistani movies, considering they dont curl their mouth in disgust at the mention of reema or meera first that is. we need to make huge changes starting with getting educated producers and directors…not just shoaib mansoor…to work with good scripts (that arent clones of bollywood scripts gone bad). then we need educated girls and boys in the acting department…maybe a formal institution where acting is taught. so that acting is not just left to the post-nachnay waalis and girls from shady backgrounds who cannot hold their mouths and have no public speaking skills. Everyone saw what happened at the movie awards a few yrs ago…when resham won best actress and both reema and meera hopped on the stage with her, stealing her moment, saying into the mike: “i bet i’ll win next time!”…i mean.. does it get any pathetic than this? Nirma, meera and reema were all seen and heard in their interviews praising themselves and dissing everyone else.
there is no shortage of glamourizing add-ons in pakistan…when there are good scripts with good actors the clothes designers and makeup artists will follow… and put money into the business.
Only this will make the general public want to go out and watch a pakistani film. oh yes and with that i also want to mention the importance of adding more clean theatres with a family atmosphere so families can go watch films without the general rowdy punjabi crowd. but hopefully the rowdy crowd will also act civil in a movie where the actress isnt just thrown in for a few chest heaves and butt shakes.
