A few people I know who use it have good things to say. I haven’t tried it myself though so can’t say, it appears to be mainly for color treated hair which I don’t do.
For good shampoos, stay awayyyy from drugstore stuff. Go to Sephora, they have amazing collections of shampoos and conditioners, really good products.
