I saw a Bunto Kazmi design where the shirt was a deep red. And then the top half of the gharara was shocking pink and the bottom half was purple. I would've never put those colors together, but it looked gorgeous! I think this will look nice as well.

I like it! Your lehnga reminds me of the bottom of my valima lehnga which was also magenta, the kaam actually went up in a similar fashion. The top reminds me of my baraat blouse, red with silver/gold kaam and swarovski crystals on it. My colors were also red (baraat) and magenta (valima) from my wedding in August of 07, but ofcourse, you already knew that. :hehe:

Thats stunning pakifairy. the lace peeking from the bottom is so unexpected but it totally gives the outfit a kick! i think lace used in accents is hot! whats your dupatta like?

yeah his sherwani was designed by nomi too its black with copper kaam and a magenta pagri to match my lengha

thanks! my dupatta is red matcing the kameez with kaam on the 4 borders of pearls/diamonds/gold/silver its silk chiffon so it has a sheer quality to it.

s you think i should keep the lace at the bottom? my jewerly is really traditional (having a necklace/choker thing then a long necklace made of rubys that is pendant shaped with a big aquamarine in the middle and then the thing you wear on the hand that connects your khara to your fingers (3 fingers) then a basuband on my arm and a matha patti and jhoomar earrings all made of rubies and aquamarine stones. will it look weird with the modernness of this outfit?

well try everything on... jewellery and clothes and shoes and then you'll have a better idea... its hard to judge when its just laid out on the bed.
