They say spicy foods help, like adrak saalan - which is just ur normal masala of red chilli powder, salt, haldi, diced tomato, some tomato puree, oil, added to fried diced onions and very thinly sliced ginger - it's so yummy too!
Also, castor oil, the butter/haldi/milk drink, fresh pineapple, raspberry leaf tea and also being active around the house and in bed with your partner is meant to bring on labour nice n easy!
