Try to find out activities that may be destroying your motivation to socialize. For example, you are clearly spending a lot of time on this forum ( ) and this may seem a normal activity to you (as a lot of people spend time here) but it may be causing you to lose interest in real life social activities.
Reducing the time spent on internet may help you a lot.

Same is the case with TV.

no it’s not this forum or even the internet…I was addicted to internet but not anymore. I think I’m just not used of people anymore as Zareen pointed out.
