Xeno, dont use knorr , go to asda , foreign isle and look for halal chicken cubes … i dont remember the company but there’s one there other then knorr and they are freaking good …

I made Koftay last night. 
Also I bought some gram flour yesterday, so pakoras etc etc are on menu.

I finally found gram flour and did not buy it cuz my aunt suggested to make it myself

Mostar - Deep frying is actually healthier than shallow frying.

Not a bad idea! Fresh grind does taste better. but too much effort involved.

Sheyn , did you listen to your aunty’s crazy idea of making besan yourself 
Its better to put all that effort in making chicken biryani then go about peesing and peesing grams to get some gram flour 
Now go get a pack from walmart 
that’s what i thought …and then i could control the amount i have rather than get a whole bag andit will sit and rot
too late can’t go there till next week
look at it this way …another whole week of no fried foods
