Rebuffed by China, Pakistan May Seek I.M.F. Aid.

It seems USA and many countries want to see Pakistan out of financial trouble. But there is big problem. When thinking of helping out Pakistan, all know that just a year ago Pakistan had $16.5 billion, booming stock market, attractive destination for investors, fast growing infrastructure, growing world trade, stable currency and anticipated bright future. Within few months thugs of NS and Zardari sucked the blood of Pakistan with unrestrained loot and plunder, such that today Pakistan looks like a sick country with no blood or future.

Obviously, no one trusts cash with thieves. To give cash to Pakistan is just like asking same thugs like Nawaz, Zardari and their chailay chamhay to loot and plunder more, without Pakistan gaining anything. Dilemma in front of these countries is that how to help Pakistan. No country is feeling confidence giving cash to Pakistan.

China already told Zardari that they can help but no cash as deposit or loan.
Saudi Arabia is also worried that giving oil on credit (differed payment) means leaving cash with Pakistan and thugs in power would steal it.

Today’s American statement is of similar nature as under:

ISLAMABAD: US Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia Richard Boucher Monday said operation in FATA should continue and that US would not support the idea of holding dialogue with the Taliban in the present circumstances.

Addressing a press conference, Boucher said: “We want to see stable Pakistan and its people while support will continue to be extended towards strengthening of democracy and democratic institutions in Pakistan”.

He expressed full confidence in the Pakistani leadership including Pakistan Muslim League-N Chief Nawaz Sharif.

Regarding US aid, the US Assistant Secretary of State said **Pakistan will not receive aid in cash **in the meeting of Friends of Pakistan. The meeting would deliberate on ways to provide aid to Pakistan through alternative modes, he added.
