Reasons for coming here

First of all, welcome to GS as “NewBeginning.” It’s a very positive nick and I hope that things get better for you. Secondly, CALM DOWN…why are you telling me that “I let go, but clearly other people haven’t.” Girl, I haven’t even said anything to you in this thread. So, I’m surprised you even made a reference to me. Up until now…I hadn’t even posted in this thread.

Anyhow…I WILL respond to the point you’ve directed toward me. Sadya, it doesn’t matter if other people haven’t let go. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is for YOU to let go…that is all that matters. You are responsible for your sanity…you can’t control what others will say, do, or think. You can only control yourself…and by “letting go”…you’ve taken steps to liberate yourself from the constant stress of worrying what others think. Good for you. And don’t mind me. You’re not obligated to prove anything to me. If I respond to any of your threads, it is only with the intention to help …not to nag or make you feel uncomfortable.

Secondly…I don’t think Intoxicated was trying to hurt you by asking if you were a multi of Notorious. Many members here have been asked if they have are a multi of another nick. The main reason is because our writing styles are so unique…and if we’ve been on Gupshup long enough…people can make the connections between writing styles. My writing style is very distinct. It’s defined by long posts and certain words that I tend to use often. It is defined by bold highlights and use of various colors AND even little dots in between sentences. If I were to create another nick…it wouldn’t take long for people to make the connection between “redvelvet” and my multi. Take it easy, sweetheart and progress forward with this new beginning for yourself. You let go for YOURSELF because you can only help/control yourself. Don’t worry about others…you’re not accountable to them

I don’t think Intoxicated was trying to hurt me, I never said that. And I don’t mind her question at all. But I was responding to something she said to Janwaar:" ok shush now , you are scaring NB again this time around."

I assume NB is me so I wanted to make it clear, I’m not afraid. Only it’s never nice being misunderstood.

And about you, sorry you’re right. Someone said something the way you said things a few times, PS squared, I didn’t properly read the poster.

There was a time when I stopped communicating with other people at all and I stopped paying attention to them. I’ve decided to start doing that again. Bye all. I have to go places to get myself in trouble while doing nothing.
