Is this bypassing the original policy or are you going to make some ammendments in that as well?
It's an addendum, and done specifically because this very topic has been discussed to the core. Often reaching melting point where members were unable to keep their cool. Therefore, that policy has been devised and put in place.
Previous guidelines are still valid, and apply.

To the OP, and other concerned members:
I understand it can be frustrating, and extremely inconvenient for those of us who are sincere and genuine to the cause of spreading knowledge, and learning. But the decision was taken after much deliberation, and with the best intentions of all members at heart, and to preserve the sub-section atmosphere. I am sure there are many other discussion-worthy topics that can be explored, and should be explored.
