in Pakistan every one wants to say own hearts talk but there is no strongly saying which has he, so this is a way for saying through the forum, Pakistan need to change their politician.

My father invested £10k in some land in Kashmir, Pakistan. It is now worth £100k. This was about 10 years. If you want to buy land it should be in Kashmir.

No use, people have stopped investing in land so no one would purchase it and the price would automatically fall.

In pakistan you should look at buying in askari or bahria if u have connection in army it will be easier

Not necessarily. Maybe land prices in Pakistan are falling but in Kashmir as far as I know they are increasing. I know this because I have family that live in that region who are doing just that!
Also, you might also fail to realise that land is an asset, like a house. Prices may fall but you would always get your monies worth out of it in the long run. Unlike shares, bonds, currencies and commodities. Take this from me, I have a few investments in those areas.
