Muqqawee bhai, btw you'd be shocked to see how some white men in gulf countries behave with their subordinates....the stuff they can't get away with in West coz of the obvious strict work ethics and fear of getting sued for harassment...add racism to the list as well.
I've mentioned in another thread:
People who live in foreign lands show flexible values while living away from their homelands. But they avoid that their flexibility is known back home. This might be wrong and obviously not true for majority, but again in certain cases, restrictions are only followed, when you got a fear of being questioned.
seems true for goras in gulf.
