First of all, in Western culture, random men commenting on female body parts is not considered ‘praise’. It’s taken as another form sexist teasing and patronising - something that many men can easily lose their jobs over. Men are taught to remain in their limits, something that Pakistani Prime Minister obviously wasn’t taught.

I’m surprised that he was at senior position at CitiBank USA for long time, but he didn’t learn how to deal with people. This incident happened nearly same time as the incident of Nilofer Baktiyar and Condi was apparently tagged as more eastern than Nilofer.
