This tactic of confusing the people by pakistani authorities is not new. First they should clear their conscience then they should blame others. Andhere mein teer chalane se kya fayda. Just wait for few more time there will be certain denial of the statement blaming India. actual Pak authorities lack credibility. For this they should authorise a single prson to speak to media and banish all others speaking to their whims and fancy anywhere anytime. The sane voices of Govt should take an initiative.

India always blames Pak before any investigation- this time Pakistan has solid proof that it will present before the world and show India is responsible for so many terrorist attacks in Pak including Hotel Mariott and murder of BB.
