^ I wasn't hating on you personally, but rather ppls obssessions with celebrities' weight, the whole attitude about it; celebrities are constantly scrutinized, and the second they step outta the house NOT looking decent (like in sweats no makeup etc) the paparazzi is quick to pounce on em for being ugly or gaining too much weight. Even pregnant women are not allowed to "breathe", thanks to women like Heidi Klum, kate hudson, and mary louise parker (who showed up to golden globes just weeks after giving birth), they're all expected to be in supermodel shape the minute they have babies. And then if htey lose too much weight, they are on covers blasting them for being too thin, that they have "Foodfobia".. So yeah, xcuse me if i'm irritated at this unheatlhy attitude. I think its very unhealthy, i'm sorry if you took it personally :)

Don’t blame the above celebreties, just because they worked hard to maintain a healthy pregnancy (eating right and proper exercise), and at losing the extra pounds after giving birth. It’s not their fault that some people eat like pigs during pregnancy (buckets of ice cream and other junk food) and don’t exercise enough, and then complain that society expects them to look a certain way.

Hey, you CAN shed post-pregnancy weight and look great after having a baby, via proper diet and exercise, I'm not going to deny that, but to do it properly and safely, it wil take months NOT weeks like some celebs do. They have the time and money to hire personal trainers who provide them tough exercise regimes, and personal chefs to prepare them "healthy" food and nannies to take care of the baby whil ethey're out getting manicures/massages/etc. Many say "oh i dont diet, i eat watever I want" but NOONe looks that good just doing nothing, they have to work at it. The average woman (desi and non-desi) with a baby and home and hubby [smetimes] to take care of would need sevearl months/years to get backinto that sorta shape.

How are you so sure all of these celebrities have personal trainers? I know of about 3 women peronally, who are in exceptional shape in just weeks after giving birth, by simply eating right, and doing the minimal amount of excercise. One of them doesn’t even excercise at all.

i think she lost some weight from her thighs....she had huge thighs and hips b4. she does seem to have more rounder face but common she was never SKINNY
