She's a talk show host. And she isn't by any means ugly. She just looks really weird in the pics posted by the OP.

It only looks more awful/weird because the picture is taken from a television screen. Everyone's head/body will look disproportioned that way.
OP should post a better picture (taken from the internet), so that people can rate it better.
