Nawab of Kala Bagh Dam, Shehnshah e Iran ki khidmat main unhe nachwana chahte the, inkar per unko kafi saza sehna paRi thi. Then Habib Jalib wrote this Ghazal, which was used by Riyaz Shahid in his movie Zarqa.
