No woman would wanna get raped by their hubby, so i guess i m the only piece around........even though i find it really exciting, I shouldnt reayly really be wanting to do with him that time...warna it wont be as effective...it should be exactly what the defination is of rape and only by my hubby..Ahhh my sexual fantasies
VF, I don't think what you are describing (or asking for) ca be considered rape. A rape occurrs against the wishes of one of the participants. But looks like deep inside you want him to.

yeah but at that particular time i really really shouldnt be wanting to do it....and then again yeah deep inside i wouldnt mind it lakin Gosh its kinda hard to explain what i want...i m never gonna tell him i like that kinda stuff then it wouldnt be fun anymore.
? yeah I know…this same problem is with every other right given to people who can either use it properly or abuse it…but overall, it is a good thing to have these kind of laws…if we didn’t have these types of laws then we’d have same problems here that we have in the East…
I think this Illinois law may be prompted by cases similar to the the Kobe Bryant case. Apparently the girl and the guy had consensual sexual activities prior to the act, but the girl now claims that she did not consented to actual intercourse. Its a dicey preposition, to say the least.
Seems like previously, the rape victims were treated as those responsible for the crime. Reckless defence attorneys will portray the woman as the one who should be held liable for the act, by insisting that its the short-dress she wore, the signals she gave, alone at the bar, inviting men to talk to her, which resulted in her being raped, and the man is just an animal who cannot be blamed.
Now, the tide has changed so much, that they are taking away all responsibility from the women, by implying that she may have done everything wrong to be in a position like that (2 am, having sweet seductive flirting talk with the guy in a secluded hotel room), but if she says "no" in the middle of the act, the guy should stop right away.
In some cases, there may be physical evidence of struggle, bruise marks and what not, and in some other cases, it will just be a matter of he-said-she-said. Long story short, both men and women should be responsible for their actions.
At the height of passion during what you believe to be consensual sex, you hear your partner say “No…Don’t…Stop!!!” Now, all of a sudden you are expected to figure out where to put the punctuation marks and derive the intent of your partner based upon the time interval between the spoken words. By the time you consider all the possibilities, it’s probably time to smoke a cigarette or read a book.
This law does not make sence, just to be politically correct now they have decided to come up with this, all this will do is create more contrversies, and there will be increase in reported rape cases.
it is impossble even she wan u to stop. why she start if now wana stop it.I think few year serving in jail are better than stopping at that time. Doesnot matter what your gender is.am i 100% wright???? /
